Each piece is always checked before delivery, in order to comply with FLOEMA’s high-quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your order, it will be possible

to return it within 7 working days from the delivery without any damage.

Please send me an email before returning the item, with a motivation and a picture of the jewel.


The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
FLOEMA is a small brand where all the pieces are personalized for each customer.

For this reason, it will not be possible to give you a full refund but I will be very pleased to change the piece with another jewel and to assist you in the returning process
